After Listening to You

The following song is a collaboration between a human being (“Mitch Ditkoff”) and Artificial Intelligence (“Suno”). I was quite surprised by how much I liked the song (a lot) and how little time it took to produce it (one minute). This will not replace my ongoing collaborations with my super-talented singer… songwriter… musician… composer friends. I have not gone over to the “dark side.” But I am exploring AI’s capabilities as a way to add an extra dimension to my poetry.
PS: I am just beginning this experiment. I still have a lot to learn…
After listening to you,
I’m moving much differently today,
more like the wind than one on his way,
more like the river with nothing to say,
more like the prayer than needing to pray.
How this transformation happened is a mystery to me,
I did nothing, but have everything,
I work and I play,
sitting alone in the room of myself,
a newly crowned…
