I’m not sure whether to laugh or cry. Sometimes, in the same day, I do both. I mean, really, life is pretty funny. And when it’s not funny, it’s pretty tragic. So much goes on in the course of a lifetime, it’s hard to keep track: the ups and downs, the ins and outs, the good and bad, the agony and the ecstasy and all of the other flora and fauna of our precious human existence.

Welcome to the world of duality, my friends. Welcome to the human condition. And welcome to humor, one of life’s greatest gifts to us all — the ability to see through the veil and laugh to our heart’s content — not at someone, but at our own selves and this magical mystery tour called “life.”
