Free the Genie is a highly engaging online ideation process that makes it easy for committed teams to successfully brainstorm a compelling goal, opportunity or challenge.
It is the distillation of 35 years of Idea Champions designing and facilitating creative thinking sessions for more than 130 organizations in 11 countries.
Each Free the Genie engagement includes two 90-minute sessions. Session #1 focuses on insight and idea generation. Session #2 focuses on alignment and execution.

What happens before, during & after a Free the Genie session:
PRE-SESSION
1. Discovery Call: A 30-minute conversation with your Free the Genie facilitator to make sure your needs and the services we provide are the best possible fit. A chance to kick our tires and ask your questions. No charge.
2. Invitation: After you commit, we provide you with all the content you need to invite your team to participate in their upcoming Free the Genie session. If you want participants to prep for the session in a specific way, your instructions and materials will be included in the invitation.
3. Framing the Right Question: Each participant will receive a link to this page to ensure that they get a chance to input to the topic your team will be brainstorming. Following that, our Free the Genie facilitator will consult with your Team Leader to make sure that the topic is the most powerful one to explore and is clearly articulated.
