I lived in Woodstock from 1994–2021. I loved it. It’s where my kids grew up and where I met many amazing people. It was also the headquarters of my training and consulting company, Idea Champions.

Whenever I was on the road doing my corporate gigs, I almost never mentioned Woodstock, concerned that my “stock” would somehow plummet in the minds of my clients, concerned as I imagined they would be that I was associated with such a counter-culture, off-the-grid town.

I was wrong. It was just a funky assumption. It was all in my head. That’s what the following 5-minute video is about — that and the glory of fully embracing who you are and where you’re coming from.
