Still More Words of Wisdom from Prem Rawat
A brief sampling of what he has said over the years
In 1971 when I was 23 I heard about a young teacher from India (known then as Guru Maharaji and now as Prem Rawat).
Curious to know what this young boy had to say (he was just 13 at the time), I began reading his talks and was astounded by two things — the depth of his wisdom and the feeling behind his words.
Not only was he talking about the eternal verities of life in a very powerful way, he was also showing people how they could experience the essence of it for themselves.
And so, I took him up on his word and “received Self-Knowledge,” — his way of describing the experience of turning within and “knowing thyself.”
I am now 76 — happy, grateful, and very much enjoying my life.
During the years since I first heard about Prem Rawat, I have listened to him many times and read many of his talks. But not just me. There are millions of people around the world who also treasure what he has to say.
