Prem Rawat’s bestselling book, Hear Yourself: How to Find Peace in a Noisy World, now translated into 14 languages, is a total treasure — demystifying the “spiritual” and cutting to the proverbial chase of what life is really all about.

I read this book like I sip cognac — savoring it slowly.

Each page felt like a portal into a sacred space, but the writing (and the feeling behind the writing) was supremely accessible. I like how reading the book made me feel — awake, grateful, and empowered.

Hear Yourself is a great gift to give anyone who is at a time in their life — young or old — when they are reflecting on what matters most and what doesn’t.

It seems to me that Mr. Rawat has long ago figured this out and is doing his best to communicate his understanding to the rest of us in a way that is gracious and alive.

Two thumbs up (and if I had more thumbs, they would be up, too)!
