There is always a solution to even the stickiest problem
All of us have problems at some time in our life — the gap between what IS and what we’d like “things” to be. Most people (or teams) who have a problem tend to approach it in a very habitual way — defaulting to the same kind of logic and mindset that got them into the situation in the first place.
