The Amaroo amphitheater where Prem Rawat held forth daily: September 9–13, 2024

Recently, I spent five days at Ivorys Rock Conference Center (Amaroo), in Queensland Australia, with Prem Rawat and 2,600 people from more than 50 countries.

My purpose? To unplug from just about everything in my life and immerse in the experience of love, learning, and gratitude — or whatever it was that was waiting for me there.

What follows is the first of nine expressions I wrote Down Under — the core of which I scribbled in my journal, each day, as I waited in an outdoor amphitheater for Prem to take center stage.

Please know that what I am sharing with you springs from my own, individual experience. I represent no one other than myself. It is not a report or news story. Neither is it an attempt to explain anything. It is simply a creative musing about what I was feeling at the time — a watercolor, you might say, of my heart’s delight.

Session #1: September 9 — afternoon

I find myself sitting in front of Prem Rawat’s empty chair once again just a few minutes…
