How to Find Peace in a Noisy World

Prem Rawat’s New York Times bestselling book, “Hear Yourself” is a total treasure — demystifying the “spiritual” and cutting to the proverbial chase of what life is really all about.

I read this book like I sip cognac — savoring it slowly. Each page felt like a portal into a sacred space, but the writing (and the feeling behind the writing) was supremely accessible. I like how reading the book made me feel — awake, grateful, and empowered.

This book is a great gift to give anyone who is at a time in their life when they are reflecting on the eternal verities of life — what matters and what doesn’t. And the audio version, read by the author himself, is another great way to imbibe its content.

It seems to me that Mr. Rawat has long ago figured out what matters and is doing his best to communicate its essence to the rest of us in a way that is gracious, alive, and memorable.

Two thumbs up (and if I had more thumbs, they would be up, too)!
